Students from the esteemed Aga Khan University’s MSc Health Policy & Management, Quality Management in Health Services class visited ChildLife Foundation’s NICH emergency room (ER). They observed how ChildLife has greatly improved the quality of services being provided at the ER and spoke to our management about the protocols. The students commented on how impressed they were with the successful operation of a public-private partnership. Many of them had previously worked at NICH and were happy to see such positive changes at the hospital.
