Dr. Rabbani has ten years of management experience in multinational companies in Pakistan. Since then, he has worked for over 12 years in leading positions at large non-profit organizations. He holds a doctorate in social marketing.Dr. Habib has vast experience in emergency medicine, with a keen interest in pediatric emergency care. He is an instructor in various pediatric life-saving skill workshops that he conducts at renowned hospitals throughout the city. He has an MBBS from Sindh Medical University, and an MCPS and FCPS in Pediatric from College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.Mr. Agha has previously worked as an administrator at a renowned local hospital.He has an MBA, and a post-graduate diploma in hospital administration and healthcare management from Dow University.Tabish was the Senior Marketing Manager at The Citizen’s Foundation (TCF) for more than 5 years. Before that she used to work in the FMCG sector in IFFCO – UAE for 4.5 years and Habib Oil Mills for almost 2 years. She has completed her Masters In Business Administration from IBA and is currently teaching at IBA as Visiting Faculty.Mr. Hussain has extensive experience implementing and managing IT systems at a number of leading local and multinational companies. He has a master’s degree in management information systems from Southeastern University.Mr. Rais Ahmed has over ten years of internal audit experience at various organizations. He has previously worked with Gatron Group of Industries, The Citizens foundation (TCF), Shell Pakistan Ltd and Deloitte. Achievements include establishment of risk based internal audit function at organization previously worked with, documentation of SOPs and policies, assignments on cost saving, implementation of audit scoring software to allot audit scores to different audit areas. He is currently fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).Rahim has diverse experience of managerial positions in multinational organizations with over 13 years of core HR experience in leading health, academic, corporate & manufacturing/retail organizations. He has previously worked with Aga Khan University Hospital for 8 years under various roles. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organization Psychology from IoBM, and another Master’s degree in International Relations from Karachi University.Yasir is an experienced HR Professional, with a focus on recruitment, policies formulation and implementation, people and change management strategies. He has been associated with the health sector for more than five years. Prior to joining ChildLife, he has worked in SMBB Accident, Emergency & Trauma Centre and Liaquat National Hospital. Yasir has done his MPA in HR from the University of Karachi and is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner from Canada.Abida has 10 years of extensive experience in the area of hospital administration, managing wards, ICUs and outreach clinics while working with organizations like LNH, JPMC and AKUH. She has done her Doctorate in Physical Rehabilitation from JPMC, MBA (Finance & Marketing) from Karachi University Business School, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management from Pakistan Institute of Management.Mr. Atif is an accomplished health care manager with over 15 years of extensive experience in areas of hospital administration, credit control, counseling, crises management and customer management.Noman has ten years of management and administrative experience of national and multinational organizations including Pfizer, Atco and Tabroz Pharma. He has done MBA from University of Sindh, Jamshoro and several management related courses during his career.Abdullah is a seasoned management professional having fourteen years of work experience with national and multinational organizations that includes Martin Dow, Sanofi Aventis, CCL pharma. He had privilege of serving at different management levels where his core responsibilities were managing teams, developing and implementing business strategies. He did MBA (Marketing) and M.A (Urdu Literature) from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.Wajahat has more than eleven years of administrative and management experience. He started his career from AUKH as collection assistant in 2007. Wajahat has also worked as coordinator, administration department at Aga khan (Karimabad) where patient care and operation management were his responsibilities. He has received diploma in hospital and health care management from DUHS. Wajahat has implemented appointment base system and provided support in establishing VIP wing and Pediatric wards while working with Aga khan (Karimabad). Currently, he is pursuing MBA (Marketing) from IBT.Dr. Muhammad Siddiq has eleven years of experience in social development sector and served in the managerial capacity of departments like Operations and Quality Management. He has done MBBS from Ziauddin University in 2007 and currently doing MBA (Health Management) from Dow University of Health Sciences. He was associated with Aman Foundation as Medical Officer, Station Manager and Zonal Manager Operations. Mr. Siddiq is a certified Six Sigma green belt quality management professional. He is a certified Auditor for ISO and received several trainings on internal audits.Imranuallah has worked for management & administrative positions with PTCL, Engro Polymer, Chiniot General Hospital, Korangi. He has also earned certification from IOSH. He has been awarded with "HAVC Level2 in Fire Safety (QCF)" also received training of OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor as well. He has passion to improve the healthcare system so joined ChildLife Foundation to save lives. He is an Electrical Engineer registered in Pakistan Engineering Council and holds master degree in Administrative Sciences from University of Karachi.Shamshad started his career with Telenor Pakistan as Customer Services Officer then worked for Tabani Group of Companies as AM- Operations. He has also worked for Ayesha General Hospital & Karwan-e- Hayat in Administrative capacity. Shamshad has completed MBA (Marketing) from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University.Alfurqan Javed holds 10 years of diverse experience with social sector, public and private institutions. His expertise have been in the field of human resource management with key skills in conflict management, recruitment & selection and compensation management. He entered into field of hospital administration where his core responsibilities were staff management, implementing infection prevention practices and providing quality care to patients. He did MBA with majors - HRM from Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.Masoom Naqshbani is a management professional having ten years of work experience with national and multinational organizations that includes Martin Dow, Searle, Bosch Pharma, Matrix Pharma and Ferozsons Labs. He had privilege of serving at different management levels where he brought positive changes through analytical skills. Masoom is experienced in managing teams, developing and implementing business strategies.
