Dr. Rabbani holds a doctorate in Social Marketing from the University of Phoenix and has more than 10 years of management experience in notable multinational companies like General Electric and Mobil. He has been working in leadership positions for the last 15 years at various non-profit organizations including TCF, I-Care Foundation and Greenstar. Dr. Rabbani is passionate about working for sustainable social change to build an equitable world.

Dr. Irfan Habib is FCPS in Pediatrics from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan, and a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CHQP) from Dow Medical University, where he works as visiting faculty. He completed his MBBS from Sindh Medical College, Karachi, and has been associated with ChildLife Foundation for the last ten years.

Mr. Farooq has more than 19 years of experience in the areas of accounting, financial management, risk management, policy reforms, regulatory compliance, and business turnarounds. He has served in senior roles in the Finance and Corporate Affairs functions in companies of Pakistan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Sultanate of Oman. He is a Fellow member of ICAP and ACCA, and also holds a master's degree in Finance from the University of Karachi.

Mr. Agha has more than 20 years of work experience in healthcare administration, operations & project management in renowned public and private healthcare organizations. He has a master's degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management from Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.

Dr. Mahmood is a medical graduate and holds a master’s degree from IBA in Health System Planning. He has 20 years of experience of working at Aga Khan University Hospital in different tiers of clinical operations & quality management, holding leadership positions and heading the Department of Emergency Medicine during the last 10 years. He was credited with reshaping clinical services to improve patient flow. He has also acquired specialized training in Emergency Management from Johns Hopkins Emergency Medicine Department, Baltimore.

Mr. Dharani has held diverse managerial positions in multinational organizations and has over 14 years of core HR experience in leading health, academic, corporate & manufacturing / retail organizations. He has previously worked with Aga Khan Development Network for 8 years under various roles. He holds a master's degree in Human Resources & Organization Psychology from IoBM, and another master's degree in Human Resources and International Relations from University of Hamdard and University of Karachi respectively.

Mr. Zaki holds a master's degree in Business Administration from IBA, Karachi. He has diverse experience of more than 20 years in the fields of communications, fundraising, marketing, and sales, and has worked in various banks and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining ChildLife Foundation, Mr. Zaki held leadership roles at Family Educational Services Foundation, and Karwan-e-Hayat – Institute for Mental Health Care.

Shakeel holds more than 18 years of work experience in areas of accounting, tax, financial & risk management, and regulatory compliance. He has worked on senior finance positions in companies within Pakistan and in UAE as well. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK).

Hassan has been working for over a decade in leadership positions in the non-profit sector, both in Public Healthcare and Education for marginalized communities. Prior to this, he has extensive experience in Financial Institutions like Citibank NA and ABN AMRO Bank NV in realms like Transaction Processing, Systems Implementation, Marketing & Product Management. He also has multiple commitments in Academia & Academic Research at the Graduate School level. As a CSCP Certified Supply Chain Professional, he overseas extensive Procurement and Network Planning for the Foundation, as well as Grants, In-kind Donations, Global Partnerships and Projects.

Certified Quality and HealthCare Professional, with over 18 years in medical administration and patient management across prestigious hospitals in Pakistan. Proven track record in enhancing patient satisfaction, implementing innovative systems like EMR, EQMS, and ED Process Flow, and currently leading a diverse team of 300+ professionals. Accomplishments include presenting research at international conferences, achieving ISO certification for the organization, and establishing telemedicine satellite centers across Punjab and AJK. Currently leading operations for ChildLife in Punjab and North Pakistan. Possesses strong soft skills, multilingual proficiency, hobbies in reading, traveling, and solving Rubik's Cube.

Mr. Atif is an accomplished health care manager with over 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of hospital administration, credit control, counseling, crisis management and customer management. While working with organizations like Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, CGH, IC. Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CHQP) from Dow Medical University, Diploma in Healthcare Management from Pakistan Institute of Management.

Noman has ten years of management and administrative experience in national and multinational organizations including Pfizer, Aventis and Atco Pharma. He has done MBA from University of Sindh, Jamshoro and several management-related courses during his career.

Abdullah is a seasoned management professional having twenty years of work experience with national and multinational organizations that includes Martin Dow, Sanofi Aventis, CCL pharma. He had privilege of serving at different management levels where his core responsibilities were managing teams, developing and implementing business strategies. He did MBA (Marketing) and M.A (Urdu Literature) from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.

Wajahat has more than eleven years of administrative and management experience. He started his career from AUKH as collection assistant in 2007. Wajahat has also worked as coordinator, administration department at Aga Khan (Karimabad) where patient care and operation management were his responsibilities. He has received a diploma in hospital and health care management from DUHS. Wajahat has implemented an appointment base system and provided support in establishing VIP wing and Pediatric wards while working with Aga Khan (Karimabad). Currently, he is pursuing an MBA (Marketing) from IBT.

Dr. Muhammad Siddiq has sixteen years of experience in the social development sector and served in the managerial capacity of departments like Operations and Quality Management. He has done MBBS from Ziauddin University in 2007 and currently doing an MBA (Health Management) from Dow University of Health Sciences. He was associated with Aman Foundation as a Medical Officer, Station Manager and Zonal Manager Operations. Mr. Siddiq is a certified Six Sigma green belt quality management professional. He is a certified Auditor for ISO and received several trainings on internal audits.

Dr. Ashraf is a seasoned healthcare administration professional with over 25 years of comprehensive experience. She is a medical graduate of SMC, has an MBA in Health and Hospital Management from IoBM, and also did her Master’s in Public Administration from MIMS. She is a certified healthcare quality professional (CHQP) and has worked with organizations like Indus Hospital and Healthcare Network and Punjab Health Commission.

Mr. Imran holds an MBA from Preston University and a Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy) from Baluchistan University along with various short courses from PSTD Karachi in Management, Communication & Administration. He has diverse experience of more than 15 years in the fields of Administration, Sales, and Logistics, and has also done Lectureship at NUML University. Prior to joining ChildLife, he was associated with GSK where he looked after the regional sales unit of the organization and also received the best trainer award under Train the Trainers program.

Mr. Javed holds 13 years of diverse experience from the social sector, public and private institutions. He has rich experience of working in the healthcare sector, managing operations with dynamic leadership and communication skills. He also has 8 years experience of working in HR department of multinational organizations, looking after conflict resolution, team management, analytics, and well-being evangelism. His expertise is in team development, healthcare quality management, critical thinking and patient-centered approach. He holds an MBA in HRM from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.

Raza has 19 years of diverse experience in Healthcare Administration and Research fileds. He started his career from AKUH in 2006 as OR Technologist and has also worked with other heath institutions including Dow University Hospital, Al-Khidmat Foundation and MMIH. He is a Ph.D. fellow and completed his MBA & MS in Healthcare Management from IBT. Mr. Raza is a Six Sigma Black & Green Belt Certified Health Quality Professional and has completed several training courses during his career.

Kamran is a seasoned management professional with a rich background, boasting 15 years of diverse experience across both national and multinational organizations. His expertise extends to hospital administrations, including prominent entities like AKAHH, RAHAP, AGP, and Wilsons. Throughout his career, Kamran has successfully navigated various management levels, leading teams in the development of effective organizational strategies. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Balochistan (UOB), an MBA from NAMAL, and a BSc in Chemistry from UOB. Additionally, he is a certified health management professional, having earned a diploma from PIQC Karachi.

Masoom Nakshbandi is a management professional having sixteen years of work experience with national and multinational organizations that includes Martin Dow, Searle, Bosch Pharma, Matrix Pharma and Ferozsons Labs. He had the privilege of serving at different management levels where he brought positive changes through analytical skills. Masoom is experienced in managing teams, developing and implementing business strategies. He did an LLB from Jinnah Law College, Hyderabad and BSc (Pre-Medical) from University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

Saeed is an experienced healthcare management professional with 13 years of experience. His work has added value to healthcare facilities including leading hospitals in Pakistan like Shifa International Hospital Islamabad, Evercare Hospital Lahore, and Maroof International Hospital Islamabad. Mr. Saeed is experienced in the development and refinement of processes, procedures, performance metrics, and outcome measures for hospitals. He holds an MBA degree specializing in HRM.

Mr. Mangi holds dual Post Graduate Degrees in Management Sciences. He has over 25 years of experience in hospital management, gained while working in various administrative roles including Burhani Hospital Trust, Husaini Hematology and Oncology Trust, Kutiyana Memon Hospital, and Medicare General Hospital.

Mr. Rizvi is a distinguished Ph.D. scholar with two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. He holds an M. Phil degree in Pharmacy from Islamia University Bahawalpur. In the past, Mr. Rizvi has been associated with organizations including GSK and Bayer.

Mr. Israr holds a Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration. He has more than eighteen years of administrative and management experience. He has previously worked with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) as Deputy Area Manager.
