Mr. Masood Karim Shaih (FCA)

Mr. Masood Karim Shaikh (FCA) is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in banking, corporate finance, and governance across Pakistan. He retired as Senior Executive Vice President and Group Chief of the International Banking Group at National Bank of Pakistan, where he oversaw operations in 18 countries. His career also includes senior roles at Emirates Bank, Mashreq Bank, and MCB Bank. He has served on the boards of United National Bank plc (UK), Siemens Pakistan, NAFA (Chairman), Atlas Power, Taurus Securities, and Maple Leaf Cement. He currently serves on the boards of Lucky Cement, Fauji Oil Terminal, Fazal Cloth Mills, and Fauji Trans Terminal, and is an Independent Financial and Management Consultant. Mr. Shaikh also contributes his expertise to the ChildLife Foundation as a Director on the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
