On March 01, 2013, the renowned global (Brussels-based organization), MEDICINS SANS FRONTIERES (Doctors without borders) signed an MOU with ChildLife Foundation to set up a measles isolation unit at the Triage centre of the Children Emergency room at the Civil Hospital in Karachi. The representatives who signed the MOU were Mr. Ondrej Horvath from MSF and Dr. Naseeruddin from CLF. Renzo Fricke (MSF) and Maliha Rao (ChildLife) signed as witnesess.
