Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch

Mr. Naveed, has over three decades of distinguished service in Pakistan’s civil service. He has held some of the country’s most senior leadership positions, including Federal Secretary, Ministry of Finance; Cabinet Secretary of Pakistan; Federal Secretary, Ministry of National Health Services; and Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. At the provincial level, he served as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Sindh, Secretary Finance, Secretary Food, and Secretary Information, and also headed the National Institute of Management Karachi as Director General. He provided strategic leadership as Chairman of the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan and began his career as Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner in various districts and sub-divisions. After retirement, he represented Pakistan internationally as Executive Director at the World Bank. He now brings his extensive expertise in governance, financial management, health, insurance, and institutional reforms to ChildLife Foundation as a Director on the Board.
