IT Officer
Locations:

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted system operations across assigned locations.
- Monitor, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers and maintain basic technical documentation and records.
- Support end-users by resolving IT-related issues and providing assistance with standard office applications and systems.
- Perform assigned IT tasks, support deployments, and assist with additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Specifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain from a reputable institute.
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in procurement.
- Prior experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order processing.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for inventory management.
- Maintain vendor relationships and uphold ChildLife’s procurement standards.
Administrative Officer

Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration (ER exposure preferred)
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative operations for ERs across ChildLife Foundation units
- Coordinate with ER in-charges, nursing, and support departments
- Maintain ER-related records, rosters, and official documentation
- Support staffing coordination, attendance, and shift management
- Liaise with HR, Finance, and Operations for ER-related matters
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting requirements
