Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial record-keeping, documentation, and digital archiving of accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements
- Manage Fixed Asset reconciliation between the Fixed Asset Module and the General Ledger at each month-end.
- Oversee statutory tax payments, tax certificates, and timely filing of all required returns.
- Administer the Employee Provident Fund, including investments, financial reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and profit distribution.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, donor management, or grant management
- Proven expertise in managing donors (individuals and corporates), proposal writing, grant applications, donor reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Urdu
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with corporate, individual, and institutional donors
- Develop and submit fundraising proposals and sponsorship packages
- Maintain and update donor databases and track donation history
- Pursue funding opportunities from individuals, businesses, and corporates, mainly in Pakistan
- Prepare donor reports, impact reports, and presentations
- Support and manage fundraising campaigns and initiatives (e.g., Ramadan campaigns, special appeals)
